As a Notary Public I provide services including acting on your behalf when Buying and Selling Real Estate, Assisting to Prepare a Will or Power of Attorney and General Notarial Services including providing Certified True Copies of Documents, Witnessing Signatures required to be signed in the presence of a Notary Public; such a Travel Letters, Statutory Declarations and Affidavits.

If you are coming in to sign something, you must bring proper identification consisting of at least one government issued photo identification, such as a Passport, Driver’s License or Government issued identification card and a second piece of identification such as a Social Insurance card, Care Card, or major credit card with your name on it and your signature on the back. Original identification documents must be shown to me and I will keep a photocopy.
