, Notary Public will provide you with services including acting on your behalf when Buying and Selling Real Estate, Assisting to Prepare a Will or Power of Attorney and General Notarial Services including providing Certified True Copies of Documents, Witnessing Signatures required to be signed in the presence of a Notary Public; such a Travel Letters, Statutory Declarations and Affidavits.
We are centrally located in downtown Vancouver at the corner of Granville and West Hastings Streets, across from the Passport Office and Waterfront Station. Please call or email to make an appointment. If you are coming in to sign something, you must bring proper identification consisting of at least one government issued photo identification, such as a Passport, Driver’s License or Government issued identification card and a second piece of identification such as a Social Insurance card, Care Card, or major credit card with your name on it and your signature on the back.
